On the afternoon of November 22, 2016, a joint autumn campus recruitment event was successfully held at the Houxue Building of the Jiangpu Campus, co-hosted by Wuxi Tianyang Electronics Co., Ltd. and the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology.
On the afternoon of November 22, 2016, Wuxi Tianyang Electronics Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Nanjing University of Technology, School of Materials Science and Engineering successfully held an autumn campus recruitment fair in the Houxue Building of the Jiangpu Campus.
The theme of this recruitment fair was "Technology is the core of enterprise development." Only continuous research and development is the greatest driving force for enterprise development, and research and development most needs talent. The company provides a platform for students who are interested in developing and researching in the field of materials science to combine their interests with their careers. Three Nanjing Tech alumni were among the staff, including General Manager Yu of Tianyang Electronics. General Manager Yu strongly agrees with the school's academic philosophy and greatly appreciates the students' humanistic qualities, so he prioritizes providing job opportunities to his juniors and sisters from his alma mater.
The recruitment seminar began with Zhu, head of the company's quality management department, showing a promotional video of Tianyang Electronics to the students present, showcasing the company spirit that has been upheld since its establishment - "Respect Heaven, Trust People, Promote Morality." Zhu gave a brief introduction to the company's current qualifications, business, awards, and domestic and international influence.
Following this, General Manager Li, using a PPT presentation, gave a detailed introduction to several aspects of the company, including regulations and systems welfare benefits, corporate culture, existing industrial structure, organizational structure, and human resources policies. Finally, General Manager Yu, the company's head, gave a brief summary of the industry's achievements and the company's innovative research and development direction, and answered questions from the students on site.
After the presentation, the students had a certain understanding of the various information and cultural concepts of Wuxi Tianyang Electronics Co., Ltd. This recruitment fair attracted many students. The Human Resources Department will select resumes and arrange interviews, injecting fresh blood into Tianyang Electronics. Employees and the company will surely soar to a more glorious future!
